These terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) govern your use of any websites Trellis Press, LLC (“Trellis Press” “Trellis” “we” “our” or “us”) owns or operates, including trellispress.com and bookstore.acacamps.org (“Sites”), your purchase of any of our products or services, or your access to or use of any of our offerings (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Services. Our return and refund policy is available on our Shipping and Returns page. Please review it before making a purchase. Returns may be accepted for eligible items within a specified period if they are received in a damaged, defective, or misshipped condition.

You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the Terms of Use. Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms of Use. Do not post or transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems. While using the Services, you agree that you will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity. You also agree that you will not insert your own or a third party’s advertising or branding.
