Orders are typically filled within two business days after receipt. Standard shipping for books takes 2–8 business days for delivery. Other products’ shipping times may vary, as they ship directly from the supplier. Those items typically ship within two business days and are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or misshipped item, please contact us immediately for a return authorization. All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@trellispress.com for your claim request. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.

Currently, we ship to US addresses. 

We collect sales tax on applicable items, including print books, for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Illinois, where we have a nexus. The sales tax amount is determined by your shipping address.

If you would like to set up two-factor authentication, go to your account by selecting the person icon, located in the top righthand corner (if viewing from a mobile device, the account icon will be located on the bottom of the page). From your account dashboard, select Wordfence 2FA and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will also need to have access to an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or FreeOTP Authenticator.
