Developed to help keep accurate and complete health records, this spiral-bound log contains 78 pages of consecutively numbered pages with space for 22 entries per page. Record the date on each page, and in each new entry, record time, legal name, health concern, description of treatment (including any administration of medications), and initials of health personnel who treated the patient.
Use separate logs for campers and staff.
